Currently 14 states and the District of Columbia let teens pre-register to vote at 16, while an additional nine states have opened pre-registration to 17-year-olds. Web16 year olds are idiots they are not ready for the importance of voting. The only reason I can see people pushing for this is an easy vote because it is incredibly easy to convince a 16 year old to believe somthing.
