WebBridgfords in Durham City managed one of my properties in Durham for nearly 2 years. After our last tenant moved out we requested the keys back so family could make use of the flat. Bridgfords posted the keys via regular mail and they went missing. The items weren't tracked and Bridgfords did not have a proof of posting.
