WebThe artifact provides x amount of "levels" based on how much XP you get. Theoretically, someone could be 1400. They are still 1320 gear cap, but have 80 levels from the artifact from gaining XP. Currently the highest power player in the game is 1386. That's ALOT of XP to gain 66 levels over gear cap.
