WebbManeuverability is very important in this boss fight, so aim for the Hammer ones or a tier lower than that, but nothing less imo. For the arms, my personal favorite is dual wielding the Energy Blade Arm, I feel they do a lot of damage to multiple targets at once. It can be a bit tricky avoiding the melee attack when you're at the second phase, tho.
