Also, I'm … Web5 May 2024 · your local auto body jobber should have it, USC plastic filler thinner # 40010 mix until its were you want it. what I use is the Rage and mix 2 part USC glazing putty # 26006 with it about 1/2 and 1/2. the thinner doesn't work as good as it sounds, it leaves the top surface kinda sticky and hard to sand, gums up you paper. this is my experience yours …

Mineral spirits and paint thinner are pretty much the same thing. Both are slower dying, mild solvents for reducing enamels and varnish.
